Jana Messerschmidt

Jana Messerschmidt is a co-founder of #ANGELS and sits at the intersection of business and technology, having held a variety of roles across engineering, business development, sales and marketing throughout her career. Most recently, she was a Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners, focusing on early stage investing. Jana also served as Vice President of Global Business Development and Platform at Twitter from 2010-2016. Prior to Twitter, Jana was Director of Business Development at Netflix. She’s an investor in Ashby, Carta, Vanta, Fireflies.ai, Persona, Anchorage, Lovevery and many others. Jana has a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
